188bet vn ASCOPE attends oil capacity building program on energy security 2021
On 3rd March 2021, ASCOPE Secretary General Tran Hong Nam attended 188bet vn online Oil Capacity Building Program on Energy Security, hosted by Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC) in collaboration with 188bet vn ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE).
Attending 188bet vn program were representatives of 188bet vn International Energy Agency (IEA), 188bet vn Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI), 188bet vn ASEAN Council on Petroleum (ASCOPE).
188bet vn program aims to enhance energy security in ASEAN through sharing knowledge and experience in crude oil storage and focusing on 188bet vn development of emergency response measures and policies in 188bet vn oil and gas sector. This year, 188bet vn program is actively participated by all parties with 188bet vn sharing of IEA’s emergency policy, Japan’s oil security policy presented by METI and JOGMEC’s experience in petroleum reserves towards assuring energy security in ASEAN.
Joining 188bet vn Program, ASCOPE Secretary General Tran Hong Nam updated 188bet vn ASCOPE report on 188bet vn ASEAN Petroleum Security Agreement (APSA) and 188bet vn future direction (because 188bet vn Agreement expires in 2023), as appropriate with 188bet vn direction of 188bet vn 38th ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting on Energy taking place in August 2020.

| 188bet vn ASEAN Petroleum Security Agreement (APSA) entered into force on 22nd March 2013 with an aim to enhance energy security and mitigate emergencies through 188bet vn implementation of short, medium and long-term measures. APSA expires in 2023. |
