Under Decision No. 138/QĐ-BNNMT, đại lý 188bet Minister granted sea area usage rights to đại lý 188bet Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (PVN) to conduct surveys for đại lý 188bet South Central Offshore Wind Power Project 1.

This marine area, located off đại lý 188bet coast of Lam Dong province, spans 39,811.19 ha. It features similar technical specifications regarding depth and altitude. đại lý 188bet usage period is set for 36 months, and đại lý 188bet group is exempt from sea area usage fees for this period.

Both decisions explicitly state that during đại lý 188bet utilization of đại lý 188bet marine areas, đại lý 188bet two groups must ensure đại lý 188bet sites are used for đại lý 188bet correct purposes and stay within đại lý 188bet designated boundaries, area size, depth, altitude, and timeframe. Furthermore, survey activities must not impact national defense, security, sovereignty, or national jurisdiction at sea. đại lý 188bet projects are mandated to avoid environmental pollution, đại lý 188bet destruction of marine ecosystems, or đại lý 188bet obstruction of maritime traffic and other legal sea-based activities.

đại lý 188bet decisions also emphasize that đại lý 188bet corporations are prohibited from transferring, mortgaging, contributing as capital, or leasing đại lý 188bet granted sea area usage rights. They must not exploit survey activities to collect information in violation of đại lý 188bet law.

All vehicles and equipment used for đại lý 188bet surveys must fully comply with technical standards and regulations, and be properly inspected and legally authorized for operation.
