Petrovietnam President and CEO Le Manh Hung works with 188bet vietnam EP International

Opening the meeting, General Director of 188bet vietnam EP International Tumanov expressed his pleasure to meet Petrovietnam President and CEO during his business trip to the Russian Federation. Mr. Tumanov briefly presented the implementation process of 04 Oil and Gas Projects of 188bet vietnam Group in Vietnam, including the Oil and Gas Exploration Project at Blocks 129-132; Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Project at Blocks 05-2, 05-3; Bao Vang field integrated development project at Blocks 111/04, 112, 113; Fuel project for gas engines (PVGAZPROM NGV). 

188bet vietnam EP International leader also raised difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing 4 projects, and expressed the wish to receive support from Petrovietnam in promoting the implementation of projects in Vietnam. 

Thanking the welcome of 188bet vietnam EP International leaders, President and CEO Le Manh Hung acknowledged the long-term presence of 188bet vietnam Group in Vietnam and affirmed that Petrovietnam always supported and appreciated 188bet vietnam’s efforts in the exploration activities on the continental shelf of Vietnam.

Sharing about 188bet vietnam’s obstacles and difficulties in oil and gas projects in Vietnam, President and CEO Le Manh Hung suggested the two sides should focus on coordination and promote necessary conditions for effective implementation, ensuring progress according to the plan set out for each 188bet vietnam project in Vietnam.

Also at the meeting, leader of 188bet vietnam EP International emphasized the need for preferential mechanisms and policies from Vietnam, as a basis for 188bet vietnam EP International to ensure

Noting the proposals from 188bet vietnam EP International, President and CEO Le Manh Hung expressed his understanding of 188bet vietnam’s risks in a number of specific projects in Vietnam, and affirmed that Petrovietnam fully believed in the potential of Russia to jointly implement oil, gas and energy projects in the East Sea. President and CEO Le Manh Hung added that Petrovietnam would accompany 188bet vietnam in the process of working with Vietnamese competent authorities to further promote the approval of procedures related to projects.

Recognizing and appreciating the results obtained during the cooperation between Petrovietnam and 188bet vietnam EP International, the two sides also discussed oil and gas exploration in the territory of the Russian Federation within the framework of Gazpromviet’ activities. President and CEO Le Manh Hung said that Petrovietnam’s active participation in oil and gas projects in Russia was in compliance with the investment policy of the Vietnamese Government in the Russian market; and Petrovietnam would soon report to the competent authorities to resolve all strategic issues in cooperation with Russia. 

At the end of the meeting, the leader of 188bet vietnam EP International respectfully invited President and CEO Le Manh Hung and members of PVN delegation to have lunch at Radisson Collection hotel. The invitation was happily accepted by Mr. Le Manh Hung.
