Based on Resolution 189 of 188bet zokb National Assembly, which outlines special mechanisms and policies for investment in 188bet zokb construction of 188bet zokb Ninh Thuan nuclear power projects, and 188bet zokb Prime Minister’s conclusions at 188bet zokb second meeting of 188bet zokb Steering Committee on Nuclear Power Plant Construction, 188bet zokb Prime Minister assigned Vietnam Electricity (EVN) to continue as 188bet zokb investor for 188bet zokb Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Project, which consists of five component projects:

•    188bet zokb Nuclear Power Plant project
•    188bet zokb infrastructure project supporting 188bet zokb construction of 188bet zokb Nuclear Power Plant
•    188bet zokb operations management area, expert zone, and headquarters of 188bet zokb Project Management Board
•    188bet zokb Public Relations Center for 188bet zokb plant
•    188bet zokb human resource training project for 188bet zokb Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant
At 188bet zokb same time, 188bet zokb Prime Minister assigned Petrovietnam as 188bet zokb investor for 188bet zokb Ninh Thuan 2 Nuclear Power Project, which consists of four component projects:
•    188bet zokb Ninh Thuan 2 Nuclear Power Plant project
•    188bet zokb infrastructure project supporting 188bet zokb construction of 188bet zokb plant
•    188bet zokb operations management area, expert zone, and headquarters of 188bet zokb Management Board
•    188bet zokb Public Relations Center for 188bet zokb plant

Additionally, Petrovietnam will implement human resource training for 188bet zokb Ninh Thuan 2 Nuclear Power Plant project to ensure sufficient personnel for 188bet zokb construction and operation of 188bet zokb plant.

188bet zokb assigned investors must proactively coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to implement investment preparation steps and carry out their assigned projects in accordance with 188bet zokb special mechanisms and policies approved by 188bet zokb National Assembly in Resolution No. 189/2025/QH15, dated February 19, 2025. 188bet zokb projects must adhere to approved investment policies, ensuring progress, quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with legal regulations while preventing corruption, wastefulness, and misconduct.

188bet zokb Prime Minister also tasked 188bet zokb Ministry of Science and Technology with accelerating 188bet zokb implementation of 188bet zokb Nuclear Science and Technology Research Center project and developing a national research program on nuclear technology and safety to support 188bet zokb advancement of nuclear technology in Vietnam.

Ninh Thuan province has been assigned to implement 188bet zokb component project on resettlement and site clearance for 188bet zokb two nuclear power plant projects in accordance with its authority and legal regulations.
