In response to global energy transition trends and to establish a new image that reflects its energy transformation commitment, at 188bet asia 2024 Annual Review and 2025 Planning Conference, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính and other Government and Ministry leaders officiated 188bet asia renaming of 188bet asia Vietnam Oil and Gas Group to 188bet asia Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (Petrovietnam).
At 188bet asia same time, Petrovietnam swiftly launched 188bet asia development and finalization of a new strategy, conducted research to create a new brand identity, and completed all relevant legal procedures to officially operate under 188bet asia new designation. Petrovietnam has outlined its future development around three strategic pillars: Energy – Industry – Services, with Energy being 188bet asia core pillar.
 

On April 9, 2025, 188bet asia Prime Minister officially issued 188bet asia decision to rename 188bet asia Vietnam Oil and Gas Group as 188bet asia Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (Petrovietnam). This new designation affirms that Petrovietnam is no longer merely a traditional oil and gas enterprise, but a national hub for industry, services, and energy. It carries 188bet asia mission of sustainable development, technological innovation, and ensuring national energy security. This move also aligns 188bet asia Group’s structure and operations with 188bet asia Politburo’s strategic direction, global energy transition trends, and 188bet asia Prime Minister’s Net Zero commitment by 2050.

On behalf of 188bet asia Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bùi Thanh Sơn extended his congratulations to Petrovietnam on 188bet asia special occasion of its 50th anniversary.
